Group Dance Competition, 19th September, 2017

 

An Inter-Class Group Dance Competition was held at the College amphitheatre on 19th September 2017, at 1.45 P.M. The event commenced with great enthusiasm and energy. The dance competition was an open category with only the group performances.The judges for the event were Dr.Ratan Chakraborty (HOD, Dept of Botany), Dr.Ajanta Deb (HOD, Dept of Economics) and Prof. Susan M Sangma (HOD, Dept of Garo). The participants were judged on the basis of group execution, choreography, originality, artistic presentation and synchronization and overall impact.

The event concluded with the announcement of the results. The winners of the competition were the participants from the Third Semester B.Com, while the participants from the Third Semester B.Sc bagged the second prize and the Fifth Semester B.A (Section- B) bagged the third prize.
