Don Bosco College, Tura Celebrates 75th Republic Day with Zeal and Patriotism.

Like the rest of the nation, Don Bosco College marked the 75th Republic Day with a flag hoisting ceremony at 7:00 AM on January 26, 2024. Shri Benedict A. Sangma, Executive Member of the Rengmal Gittim Development Committee and Community Representative, IQAC Don Bosco College, Tura, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

As the tricolor soared high in the morning sky, Shri Benedict A. Sangma delivered an inspiring speech, urging everyone present to contribute to the progress and development of the nation. He emphasized the importance of being proud Indians and reflected on the sacrifices and hard work of the country's founding fathers that led to the establishment of the constitution.

"The values instilled by our founding fathers serve as a guiding light for our nation. Let us embrace our responsibilities and work towards a prosperous and united India," Shri Benedict A. Sangma expressed in his address.

The Principal, Rev Fr Bivan Rodriques Mukhim, extended a warm welcome to the Chief Guest and all the students who gathered for the flag hoisting ceremony. The atmosphere was filled with patriotism and a sense of unity as the college community came together to celebrate the significant milestone in the country's history.
