In a moving display of unity and faith, the College community gathered on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, at the College Amphitheatre for an All Faith Prayer Service. The purpose of this solemn assembly was to seek divine guidance and blessings.
Representatives from various religious communities came together in prayer and reflection, demonstrating the strength of unity and collective purpose in times of need.
The heartfelt prayers and supplications offered by the students resonated with a shared desire for success and a positive outcome. Their fervent entreaties to the Creator were accompanied by an atmosphere of hope and determination.
Fr. Bivan Rodriques Mukhim, the College's Principal, emphasized the pivotal role that divine intervention plays in the success of human endeavors. He stated, "Without the help of the Almighty, all our plans and preparations would have been futile." Fr. Mukhim urged the students to seek guidance and assistance from God, highlighting the importance of faith in times of challenge.
During the service, Fr. Mukhim recited Psalm 91, invoking divine protection over the entire College community.
The Faculty Members, lending their voices to the collective spirit of hope, sang a resonant hymn entitled "God Will Show the Way." The melodious strains of the song echoed throughout the amphitheatre, reinforcing the belief in a higher power guiding their path.
The Prayer Service concluded with a rousing rendition of "We Shall Overcome" sung by every student present.
