Students from the fifth semester of the Economics and Political Science Honour program gathered in enthusiastic anticipation on September 1, 2023, as they attended the 7th P A Sangma Memorial Lecture at the District Auditorium in Tura. The distinguished guest speaker for the event was Shri Shekhar Gupta, Editor-in-Chief of The Print, who shared his insights on the theme, "What Politicians Can Teach Us About Leadership and Management."
The Memorial Lecture was organized as a tribute to commemorate the 76th Birth Anniversary of the late Purno A. Sangma, a prominent political figure and statesman.
