Empowering Tomorrow's Entrepreneurs: District Workshop Sparks Innovation.

In a bid to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among young minds, the District Administration, West Garo Hills organised a transformative workshop that brought together entrepreneurs. The event, titled "Workshop on Awareness Generation on Technological Innovation," unfolded on August 29, 2023, at the Conference Hall of the Circuit House in Tura.

Six BSc Fifth Semester students of the College took part in the session that focused on instilling a profound understanding of technological innovation, coupled with the principles of entrepreneurial thinking through the lens of design.

Guided by the ethos of collaboration, the workshop was a joint endeavor between the District Administration, West Garo Hills, and two pioneering institutions: the Atal Incubation Centre and PRIME Hub. The tripartite collaboration aimed to create an environment where innovation flourishes, encouraging budding entrepreneurs to confront challenges with resourcefulness and creativity.

The day-long workshop was meticulously planned to offer a multifaceted experience. Attendees delved into dynamic sessions that deciphered the intricacies of technological innovation and its pivotal role in steering entrepreneurial endeavors toward success. Students were guided through the contours of design thinking – a holistic problem-solving approach that places human experience at its core.
