In a remarkable display of dedication and discipline, the NCC boys' cadets of Don Bosco College achieved a momentous feat by clinching the second prize in the marching category at the Independence Day celebration. The event, held to commemorate the 77th Independence Day of the country, took place on August 15th, 2023, at the Matchakolgre L.P. School Field in New Tura.
Amidst a palpable atmosphere of patriotism, the NCC cadets from various institutions showcased their precision and unity during the parade. The first prize was secured by the Boys' Cadets of Tura Government College, reflecting their exceptional synchronization and disciplined performance. The third prize was by the Boys' Cadets of Pechon Memorial Police School, Tura, adding to the celebration's competitive spirit.
