Prayer Service in Remembrance of Lt Albinus Tirkey

On the occasion of the first death anniversary of Lt. Albinus Tirkey, a prayer service was held on 03 July 2023 to honor the memory of the departed soul. The service, imbued with reverence and love, was attended by his wife, children, non-teaching staff members of the College and the students.

The prayer service was led by Fr John Paul Tirkey, the Vice Principal of the college. Tears mingled with prayers as those present fondly remembered the late Lt. Albinus Tirkey, cherishing the moments they had shared with him and the invaluable contributions he had made during his time at the college.

Fr Bivan Rodriques Mukhim, the Principal, took a moment to share his personal experiences with Lt. Albinus Tirkey. In his heartfelt eulogy, Fr Mukhim described Lt. Albinus Tirkey as a man of unwavering commitment and dedication. He spoke of how Lt. Albinus Tirkey approached his work with passion and love, not just for the job at hand but also for the college and its staff. Lt. Albinus' tireless efforts in advancing the college's goals and supporting the teaching community left an indelible impression on everyone around him.

"The college owes a depth of love and gratitude to Lt. Albinus Tirkey," said Fr. Bivan Rodriques Mukhim. The impact of Lt. Tirkey's character and service was evident in the lives he had touched and the legacy he had left behind.

Though his physical presence was dearly missed, the prayer service served as a poignant reminder that Lt. Tirkey's spirit would forever remain intertwined with the college he had loved and served with unyielding dedication.
