He emphasized the need for qualified individuals to have specified skills to improve their employability.
Sir Zulfi shared how PIBM is helping its students by not only graduating them but also providing job opportunities. Many students who have completed their studies at PIBM have secured good placements within the campus with a dignified package. He also spoke about the four aspects of personality development, which includes emotional, physical, social, and mental aspects. He advised the students on how to solve the most challenging and critical problems by understanding and analyzing them.
Before the conclusion of the session, Sir Zulfi spoke about the four A’s, which are Adapt, Adopt, Accelerate, and Accentuate. These four A’s can help individuals to succeed in their careers and personal lives by being flexible, adaptable, and resilient.
