Career Counselling in Aviation held

Career counseling in Aviation and Hospitality was organized for the final year students of Don Bosco College, Tura on 24^th May 2022. The programme was organized by Fledge Institute of Aviation and Hospitality, Guwahati a Pan India Organization.

Mrs Sugata Ganguly Paul, Centre Director, Fledge Institute of Aviation and Hospitality and Mr Ankit Dey, Business Development Manager, Fledge Institute of Aviation and Hospitality, Guwahati were the resource persons. They spoke of the importance of Career Guidance and the career option available after the graduation. The resource persons also shared on the needs to prepare oneself for professional life. “Career in aviation industry, whether as cabin crew or ground staff has a lot of potentiality in the country,” the resource person said. ‘Industries look for candidates from the NorthEast in their company,’ the resource person added.

The resource person also introduce about Fledge Institute and the different career opportunities that the students can make while being part of the Pan India Institute.

It is the hallmark of Don Bosco College, Tura to introduce the students to various industries and to interact with various institutions for placements of their students. Fledge Institute of Aviation and Hospitality is one of the partners that helped the Don Bosco College students to know and prepare themselves for future prospects.

Principal of the college Rev Fr. Bivan Rodriques Mukhim welcomed the resource persons and the students to the career counseling programme.
