Prayer Service held to Remember Late Supti R. Marak

The management, staff and students of the college gathered in the assembly area at 09:45 am for the Prayer Service to remember Late Supti R. Marak, LDA staff who passed away in the morning of the 08th May 2022. She has been a staff for many years of the college.

The prayer service began with the word of the Principal. He reminded the staff and the students of the sacrifice of Late Supti R. Marak to the college and in particular to all the students who meet her in her office. “She is always ready to help those who approach her and went out of her way to see that there needs are addressed,” the Principal said. He read out to those present the recommendation given to her by the school she studied in which it says that she will be an asset to any institution she serves.

Sir Biman Tesil R. Sangma led the staff and the students in prayer while Ms Rehny A. Sangma read the Holy Scripture. Sir Siddhart Roy shared memories he had of Late Supti R. Marak. He recalled that she was his student and later became colleague. He added that his passing away will leave a void in the college.

All those present observe a minute of silence to pray for the departed soul.
