 “NDLI User Awareness Programme for Science Stream”,

In continuation of the programmes for making the students and staff aware of the National Digital library of India, the College club admis has conducted the 2^nd User awareness programme for science stream for a day on 19^th November 2021. This program and many more in the pipeline for the other streams of the college is to cater to the needs of students in regards to the accessibility of digital resources offered by National Digital Library of India which is maintained by IIT Kharagpur and supported by Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The objective of this second programme on awareness was basically to bring in more members in the science stream under the ambit of NDLI. The objective was partially fulfilled but the club admin have decided to reach the students more objectively to make them understand the utility of such resource. In this regard the principal of the college, Fr Bivan Rodriqies Mukhim has opined that he would love to see that more students are inducted as a member of the club.

The next session was purely technical session where the students present were guided to be members of the club and also get to know the utility of NDLI and usage of its resources.

The club admins have decided that they would now reach the different classes to get the students enrolled.

The students present were asked to convey the message of the facility to their fellow mates and urge them to join the club
