NCC Cadets observe Swarnim Vijay Varsh
The NCC cadets of Don Bosco College, Tura on 27th April 2021 observed Swarnam Vijay Varsh to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of India’s victory in the 1971 war. The cadets were animated by CTO Bravewell Mawthoh on the importance of the day and the strategies taken by India during the 1971 war that led to its victory.
The cadets watched the documentary film on the commemoration of the Golden Jubilee of the 1971 war sent by the 41 Meghalaya NCC Battalion which the c ollege NCC is affiliated to. It was a moment of joy to see the NCC cadets of the college taking pride at the victory of the country and this instill in their mind the love for the country.
