NCC Investiture Ceremony at Don Bosco College, Tura

On 12 November 2024, Don Bosco College, Tura, held a remarkable investiture ceremony for its National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets who successfully passed the department examination. The event, organized by the PI and the CTO of the college, was a memorable occasion that not only celebrated the cadets’ achievements but also inspired all present to pursue excellence in both their military training and academics.

The ceremony was beautifully conducted, with cadets who were promoted being recognized for their dedication and hard work. Their peers, who witnessed the event, were motivated by the display of discipline and commitment, reinforcing the values of the NCC.

Fr Januarius S Sangma, Principal of Don Bosco College, addressed the gathering with a heartfelt speech. He congratulated the cadets on their achievements and expressed his gratitude to Mrs Jasmine Sylvera Ch Marak, the CTO, and the NCC officer for their continuous support and guidance. In his speech, Fr Principal challenged the cadets to strive for excellence in both NCC activities and their academic pursuits, emphasizing that success in both is possible through determination and hard work.
